- $15 deposit will be credited at appointment.
- Must give 24 hour notice if canceling appointment & reschedule new appointment within 10 days of original appointment. $15 deposit will be credited to services at rescheduled procedure only.
- If you do not show & do not cancel 24 hours in advance, deposit is forfeited.
